Manila? Where's that?

National Capital Region
Manila is the capital of the 7,107 islands of the Philippines. Found in the National Capital Region, it is full of historical places to visit, restaurants to enjoy and people who are heartwarming and very welcoming. It is bordered by the South China Sea at the very famous Manila Bay. Lovers, friends and even families enjoy the breathtaking view from here and watch one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. You can also find here the famous "walled city" or Intramuros. Places like Jose Rizal's prison before being shot at Bagumbayan (Luneta Park) and Fort Santiago can be found inside its walls. Given all of these exciting and heartwarming places, Manila is definitely full of surprises waiting to be discovered.
Metro Manila, on the other hand, is a completely different chapter of the same story. Metro Manila or the National Capital Region includes Manila, and other surrounding cities in the area.  These places will definitely not disappoint you if you are looking for something exciting and new every day. And this, Metro Manila, will be the focus of our adventures together!

  1. map is a bit inaccurate, isn't it? Shouldn't Bulacan (east of Pasig and Marakina, be Rizal? And Laguana de Bay, shouldn't it be Laguna de Bay?
